I am looking for people to participate as extras for my independent film that I am submitting for consideration into the Dragon*con film festival...I've been talking about this for some time, but we're in April, rehearsals have already begun, and now it's time to start shooting!

Currently, what I am in need of the most is ZOMBIES, make up and costume done preferred, but I will have make up people available and if you provide me enough notice I can atleast get some kind of clothes. Honestly a
"costume" needs to consist of clothing you don't mind getting dirty (possibly permenantly stained) or ripped up.

This does not have any kind of monetary compensation. I will put your name in the credits, of course, but unfortunately since I'm funding all this out of pocket, I can't afford to pay anyone...

I will say that it's going to be a KICK ASS FUCKING GOOD TIME!!

SHOOTING SCHEDULE

APRIL 11-12 (SATURDAY/SUNDAY) - in Hartwell, GA - we need zombies! the more the better (current tally: 1 confirmed)

APRIL 18-19 (SATURDAY/SUNDAY) - Loganville, GA - we can still use more zombies for this (current tally: 7 confirmed)

APRIL 24-25 (FRIDAY/SATURDAY) - Smyrna, GA - we need a minimum of 5 zombies, max 10 for these scenes.

APRIL 26 (SUNDAY) - Hartwell, GA - more zombies needed, would like to get some/most of the same from the first Hartwell shoot for consistancy

Today is my birthday. I am 26 years old and I'm happy. =)

I spent a rather wonderful "Birthday" weekend with mah girls, hanging out, playing video games, watching movies, playing mini-golf, and (the greatest part of all) getting to see MIKA live in concert. It was...by far the best concert I've ever attended (two little lolita girls walked around with baskets of lollipops!)....he has so much energy, it was all so positive and when he sang, "Happy Ending" which is my all time favorite song of his, I had tears in my eyes. The range of his voice gave me chills. He was amazing and if it hadn't been for Jenny, we would've never got to go. *hug hug hug hug hug*

Saturday, Jen made this amazing Argentinian dinner and the most amazing blueberry cake I've ever had (oh and purple slushies, there were LOTS of purple slushies). I got lots of nifty presents too, Tango on DVD and the first book in Anne Rice's dirrrty Sleeping Beauty series (*snicker*), and a book about Bhuddism. Sunday we hung out, went to Hancock's, went to Star Time, had dinner, played games and then came back to Jen's. It's Monday now, so I guess I'll go be productive again. Tonight Rain is taking me to the Melting Pot, and maybe, if I'm lucky, I'll even get to open my presents from her =P

We recently found this song and downloaded it. I had forgotten about it after so many years. Now, when I hear it, it makes me cry, but for a different reason. It makes me think of all of those students at VA tech. The ones who's lives were suddenly cut short for simply being who they were, trying to achieve their dreams by going to school.... So I suppose this is for them. Their families. Their friends.

Lyall let out a soft sigh and crawled back onto the bed. “He is a scary man. Harry and Neville were right.”

Zane snorted. “He’s an asshole. I don’t know why Reg would be content being with someone like him when he could have someone like…well…anyone else.”

Lyall arched a brow of his own. “Like Zane?”

“I…didn’t say that,” Zane said quickly, feeling suddenly awkward again.

“In your head,” Lyall said putting his hands on his hips. “Zane just wants everyone to love him and only him.”

“I didn’t say that, either,” Zane bit back.

“You don’t have to!” Lyall retorted.

“Oh now you know exactly what I’m thinking, is that it!?”

“I know a lot about Zane. You tell me about many, many things in your life. You talk about Regulus like he should love you. You talk about Sirius because he loves you. Remus loves you. Everyone loves Zane,” Lyall said shaking his head as his tone softened. “Do you not know that you say that?”

“I do not talk about Regulus in that way!” Zane insisted stubbornly.

“Should we ask Remus or Sirius? We could ask Regulus too,” Lyall said evenly.

Zane’s eyes narrowed. “You know, the more you talk the more I’m starting to think you’re jealous!”

“Jealous?” Lyall blinked. “What’s that?”

“I…” Zane sputtered and suddenly just let out a bark of laughter. He grabbed Lyall at the waist and kissed him deeply and passionately until he was sure Lyall’s head was spinning. Lyall let out a low moan, dragging his hands down Zane’s chest.

Lyall looked up at Zane with a heavy lidded content look. “That…was nice…”

Zane smiled, rubbing Lyall’s cheek with his thumb. “You’re my number one care and concern. You know it and I know it, so why fight about something trivial?”

“Trivial?” Lyall exclaimed pulling away from Zane. He shook his head of the previous mind numbing actions. “You think that what I think is trivial? You think that what I have to say is not important! Why would you say such a thing? That is…that is terrible!”

“It’s not what you specifically have to say, it’s the entire conversation!” Zane retorted, his smile gone and once more replaced with an annoyed scowl. “What the hell else do you want from me, Kid?”

Lyall stood up. “Yes…Kid. It is not so nice to be called that. You do not want to listen to me. I do not know if you will ever listen to me. I…” Lyall shook his head quickly. “You only want everyone to love you! You won’t love anyone back!”

He turned quickly and left the room slamming the door behind him. Zane growled and stormed out of the room behind Lyall, but he did not follow him. He slammed the door hard enough to shake the house and headed for the fireplace, leaving in a burst of green flames.

“REGULUS!” Zane yelled angrily as he came into the parlor of the Black mansion.

He could hear the twins laughing and followed the sound to the ballroom and out to the back patio. Fate was running away from Destine, both boys wearing identical swim trunks, a sprinkler keeping them cool in the otherwise hot summer afternoon. Regulus was sprawled out casually on a lounge chair in his own swimwear, but it was clearly for tanning purposes and nothing more.

Snape appeared behind Zane, dressed in much more casual clothing. He wore loose fitted pants and an open dress shirt. “Is there already trouble in your delusional notion of paradise?” he asked, as he pushed past Zane to take the seat beside Regulus.

Zane sputtered at Snape, glaring and cursing him under his breath. “I need to talk to Regs, not you.”

Regulus pushed his sunglasses down a bit so that he could actually look Zane eye-to-eye. He patted Snape’s arm lightly. “Be nice, Darling.”

Snape snorted and picked up his glasses. He slid them onto his nose and picked up his book with the intent of ignoring Zane. Regulus sighed and tried to smile and make light of the otherwise tense moment between the two rivaling men.

“So, what can I help you with, Zane?” Regulus asked.

“DADDY! DADDY! Watch me, Daddy!” Fate called as he ran through the sprinklers.

“Can we talk in private?” Zane demanded, forcing himself not to snap at Regulus, as Regulus was not the reason behind his problems.

Regulus pushed himself up more. “I…suppose.” He got up from the lounge chair, offering Snape an apologetic look. He looked over at Fate. “Darlings, entertain your father while I go talk with Zane inside for a moment.”

“DADDY! DADDY, LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!” Destine yelled at the top of his lungs.

“Yes dear,” Snape said glancing over the top of his lenses.

“NO! DAD! DAD, WATCH ME!” Fate insisted.

Regulus followed Zane back into the ballroom. He paused by the open French doors, making it a point to stay within sight. If Zane noticed, he didn’t say anything.

“What’s the matter, Zane? If you don’t mind, I’d really like it if you could make this quick,” Regulus stated as soon as they were alone.

“I’m in love with you and it’s ruining my entire life!” Zane declared loudly.

Regulus arched a brow. “Pardon?”

“Exactly what I said!” Zane insisted. “And because of it, Lyall’s pissed off at me! And well, dammit, I don’t know why the hell I am or how to fix it, but you’ve got to help me!”

“I have to help you…why?” Regulus asked.

“BECAUSE IT’S YOUR FAULT!”

Regulus looked at Zane as if he had grown an extra head. “You’re beyond mental.” He turned away from Zane and started to head back over to Snape and the children.

Zane flung his arm out and caught Regulus’s wrist, stopping him before he could get all the way to Snape.

“Let go of me, Zane. I’m not in the mood for this right now,” Regulus demanded softly.

“No! I need your help, Regulus!” Zane insisted. “P-Please?”

“I don’t know how to help you!” Regulus sighed. “How…do you expect me to help you?”

“I… I just want the kid to stop thinking that he’s second to you.”

“Maybe this is just one of the problems with trying to have a relationship with a kid,” Regulus retorted with a hint of snobbishness in his voice.

Zane let go of Regulus’s wrist. “I…I can’t believe you would say something like that!”

“You’re almost old enough to be his father!”

Zane stopped, blinking at Regulus. “You…don’t think I should be with him, do you?”

“I think he’s just too young, that’s all. It’s obvious he doesn’t understand a lot,” Regulus shrugged, avoiding Zane’s exact question.

“You don’t like him, do you?”

“My opinion is irrelevant. If you fought with him, go pick him flowers out of the rose garden and take him flowers,” Regulus said nonchalantly, turning to finish the remaining few steps to Snape.

Zane tilted his head, staring at Regulus in disbelief. “Regs, are you…jealous?” he dared to ask.

Regulus stopped, his eyes widening slightly. He turned back to Zane and bubble of laughter spilled out. “Jealous? Me? What on Earth would I ever be jealous of?”

“The same reason Lyall would be of you,” Snape said suddenly from behind his book.

Regulus looked over at Snape. “Huh?”

“It infuriates you that he does not think of you and only you. Lyall is obviously bothered that Zane still thinks that you have hung the moon,” Snape said without looking up.

Regulus frowned. “I do not think that at all!”

Zane blinked. The entire conversation was starting to sound eerily familiar. To make it worse, Snape was making sense.

“For the last ten years, he’s believed that he was in love with you and it doesn’t matter how many times he’s attempted to rape you. You love the attention. It’s in your nature, Regulus, to be a bit vain and selfish,” Snape continued.

Regulus gasped, looking at Snape in shock. “I…” A hurt look crossed Regulus’s features and he backed away from Snape and Zane. “How could you say something so cruel?” He didn’t bother to wait for an answer, pushing by Zane and heading back into the house.

Snape sighed and shook his head. For the time being he did not get up to follow Regulus. He glanced up finally and looked at Zane. “Do you have anything better to do then stare with your mouth hanging open?”

Zane snorted. “Go fuck yourself,” he said automatically, turning to go back inside and head home. He did, for a moment, contemplate finding Regulus to make sure he was all right, but something told him that wouldn’t be a good idea.
